Meet

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, you’re not alone. Healing from complex trauma isn’t just about talking through the past—it’s about finding new ways to feel safe, grounded, and at home in your own body. It’s about moving forward with confidence, learning to set boundaries and to trust yourself again. That’s where I come in.

I know that traditional talk therapy doesn’t work for everyone. Maybe you’ve tried it before and felt like you were just rehashing the past without real lasting change. Maybe you’ve struggled to put your experiences into words, or talking about them has felt overwhelming. If that sounds familiar, it doesn’t mean something is wrong—it just means you need a different approach.

I specialize in working with those navigating the impacts of trauma, anxiety, codependency and narcissistic abuse. Instead of relying solely on talk therapy, I use approaches that are designed to work with your nervous system, not against it. My style is warm, collaborative, and deeply rooted in mind-body healing. Together, we’ll move at your pace, exploring what feels right for you and giving you the tools to reconnect with yourself in a meaningful way.

More than anything, I want you to know that healing is possible—you don’t have to navigate this alone.

If this approach resonates with you, I’d love to connect and see how we can work together. Reach out anytime—I’m here when you’re ready.

APPROACH

Our

I use a unique blend of trauma therapies to support lasting and meaningful change from the inside out. I have advanced training in EMDR and am IFS and polyvagal informed. These highly researched, science based approaches help my clients feel more in control of their emotions, relationships and lives.

But our work together won’t feel stiff or clinical. I bring my full self into the room- showing up with authenticity, a little humor, some well-placed sarcasm, and a whole lot of humanness.
